Slaughter equipment

Dana took some photos on our last slaughter day that highlight some of the new equipment we've been using. In order: Soak tanks, kill cones, chicken crates, scalder, evisceration tables, feather picker. The new set up is working really well for us. The chickens are coming out looking really good, and we're up to a pace of about 30 birds processed an hour.
